  • Refunds: Refunds are not offered for subscription fees unless required by law. If you’re unhappy with the Publication, you can cancel your subscription at any time through Substack’s account settings.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but fees already paid are non-refundable. Access to paid content will continue until the end of your billing cycle.

  • Price Changes: I reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. You’ll be notified of any price changes in advance, and they will apply to your next billing cycle.

5. Code of Conduct

When engaging with the Publication (e.g., through comments or direct messages), you agree to:

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Publication will be resolved in the courts of Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
